Forms & Payment At your initial experience with BODY BY VONGOVA, you will be requested to complete a form with essential information about your health background and your needs.
In order to reserve your time slot for the month, payment should be made in full for the entire month of personal training. Purchased Body by Vongova sessions are non-refundable; however, any remaining sessions may be transferable.
Body By Vongova Cancellation Policy Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, you are kindly asked for notification 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a charge for the full value of your scheduled personal training appointment.
